Grace Tian

Grace Tian is currently the Director of Procurement at EGGER Group, a position they have held since 2025. In this role, they create and implement sourcing strategies while managing supplier relationships and compliance with quality standards. Previously, Grace served as a Global Sourcing Leader at GE and as a Corporate Commodity Manager at American Bath Group, where they focused on cost reduction, supplier management, and supply chain optimization. Grace holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Management (Supply Chain) from McGill University and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Daqing Petroleum Institute.
