Roman Astl is the Head of Materialflow Automation at EGGER Group, a position held since 2021. Previously, from 2014 to 2021, Roman served as a Project Manager at FRITZ EGGER GmbH & Co. OG, where they focused on the concept planning and realization of automated material flow projects. Roman holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Mechatronics, respectively, from Management Center Innsbruck, having completed their studies in 2015. Roman also earned a Matura in Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering from HTL Saalfelden in 2010.
