Serdal Avci

Serdal Avci is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for the EGGER Division EDP Components in Germany. They have previously held positions including Team Lead HR and HR Senior Specialist at the EGGER Group, as well as Personalreferent at avitea GmbH. Serdal began their career with foundational roles such as a student tutor in HR at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and an intern in personnel management and diverse commercial departments.
