Itai Bloch

Itai Bloch has a diverse range of work experience in the field of computational chemistry and drug discovery. Itai started their career at EPIX Pharmaceuticals as an R&D Scientist in computational drug discovery. Itai then moved on to Dynamix Pharmaceuticals, where they worked as a Senior Scientist and later as an R&D Scientist in computational drug discovery. After that, Itai joined MIGAL Galilee Research Institute as a Computational Chemistry and Drug Discovery Principal Investigator, focusing on rational design of new vaccines and protein-based therapeutics. Itai later co-founded ProJini AgChem, where they served as Co-founder and CSO, leading the development of solutions targeting protein-protein interactions. Currently, they are involved in the field of augmented reality as a Co-founder and Scientific Advisor at Eggmented Reality. Itai has also worked as a Scientific Advisor at MigVax. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in biophysics, computational drug discovery, cheminformatics, and utilizing computational-biophysical methods in challenging targets.

Itai Bloch completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Biophysics from an undisclosed school from the years 2000 to 2003. Subsequently, Itai pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Structural Biology from an unknown institution from 2003 to 2006.
