Jon Rathauser has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jon is currently the Chief Egg Officer and Co-Founder at Eggmented Reality since May 2022. Additionally, they hold the position of Co-Chair, Alumni Board at Nevo Network since September 2022.
Before their current roles, Jon served as the TLV Tech Ambassador at Tel Aviv Municipality starting from January 2019. Jon also established and led a healthcare company called Keheala as the CEO and Founder from January 2014 until December 2021.

Jon worked there from September 2016 to August 2017. Jon also had an internship as a Business and Predictive Analytics Intern at Deloitte Analytics from June 2014 to September 2014.
Prior to their professional career, Jon worked as a Researcher at The Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research from August 2012 to December 2012. Jon also served as a Research Assistant at the Energies and Applied Research Department at the Weizmann Institute of Science from May 2012 to August 2012.
Jon Rathauser's education history begins in 2005 when they attended The Lawrenceville School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Jon then went on to McGill University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecological Determinants of Health. In 2013, Jon attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Innovation & Entrepreneurship between 2013 and 2014. In 2021, they engaged in a short-term program at Israel Tech Challenge (ITC) to enhance their skills in SQL & Data Analytics.
