Anurag has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Anurag has held various positions in different companies, starting with their most recent role as Head of Human Resources at Eggoz Nutrition. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant General Manager Human Resources at LoveMySmile, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies. Anurag then served as the Senior Vice President - People & Culture at Shyplite, where they aligned HR strategy with business strategy. Anurag also worked as a Specialist People Performance at GoMechanic.in and as a Human Resources Manager at Delhivery. Anurag started their career as an Intern at Bharat Gears Ltd and a Trainee at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where they received training in various areas of hospitality.

Anurag's education history begins with completing a Professional Certificate Programme in HR Management and Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2022. Prior to this, Anurag pursued an MBA in HR from the University School of Management Studies, GGSIPU from 2010 to 2012. Anurag's undergraduate studies took place at the Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, where they obtained a B.Sc.(HHA) or BHM degree in Hospitality from 2006 to 2009.

During the same period, Anurag also enrolled in various courses at the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Anurag completed degrees in HRD and Business communication, Tourism Marketing, and Foundation of tourism and Tourism Management, all in the field of Tourism and Travel Services Management.

Anurag's early education includes earning certifications in Office automation from NICE in 2004 and completing their 12th grade in the Non Medical Stream from DAV School in the same year. Anurag completed their 10th grade at Mother Divine Public School in 2003.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Anurag has obtained a Professional Certificate in HR Management and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in October 2022.
