Benjamin Oriol

Benjamin Oriol has over 18 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, beginning as a Recruitment Apprentice at Sanofi Pasteur from September 2001 to September 2003. Following this role, Benjamin worked at VALEO as an HR Apprentice, managing personnel and temporary worker administration from September 2004 to September 2005, then served as a Recruitment Officer at APEC from January 2006 to February 2007, specializing in recruitment for the banking sector. From January 2008 to October 2019, Benjamin held the position of Recruitment Manager at Technip, overseeing recruitment operations for a 500-employee office in Lyon. Currently, Benjamin is a Team Leader in the Recruitment Department at Egis, responsible for leading a team of three in recruiting for rail and urban transportation projects globally since October 2019. Benjamin holds a diploma from IGS-RH, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
