Frédéric Birer is a Senior Operations Engineer with extensive experience in urban and regional transportation projects. They have been involved in significant studies, including the capacity enhancement of the railway between Kenitra and Marrakech for ONCF in 2023, and the Nairobi Airport line implementation study in 2019 for the Kenyan government.
