Frederic Giot is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 20 years of experience in finance transformation, private equity, and growth across the GCC and Europe. Currently serving as CFO for Egis in the Middle East & South Asia, Frederic has built regional finance organizations and implemented financial processes that enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Previously, Frederic held leadership positions at various firms, including FPPM Group, Lumiya, and Waagner Biro Bridge Services, where they focused on streamlining finance functions and managing acquisitions. Frederic holds multiple degrees, including Executive MBAs from Mannheim Business School and ESSEC Business School, and a vocational qualification in economics from Université de Nantes.
