Ian Brown

Ian Brown is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in managing NEC3 contracts across large-scale projects, including tunneling and heavy civil engineering. They previously held roles at Balfour Beatty and Transport for London, where they oversaw significant projects such as the Vauxhall Station Upgrade and contributed to various infrastructure enhancements. Currently, Ian serves as the Head of Commercial for both Egis and Anthro JV, continuing to drive high performance and team development in the commercial sector. Ian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors and actively mentors junior staff in the industry.
