Karime Poveda

Karime Poveda is a human resource professional with extensive experience in recruitment and selection. They served as an HR Analyst at SERDAN from 2018 to 2021, managing mass selection processes and client relations across various industries. Prior to that, Karime worked as an Independent Support Professional at Proyectarme SAS, where they designed and implemented training workshops and assisted in administrative recruitment. Currently, Karime is an HR Business Partner at Egis, where they focus on recruitment, contract preparation, and performance evaluations. They hold a degree in Psychology and a specialization in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Católica de Colombia.
