MATHILDE CHALLUT

Mathilde Challut is an HR Business Partner with a robust background in internal and external communication, honed over a decade in industrial environments and complex projects. Previously, Mathilde served as an HR Manager at Egis, where they led human resources for a business unit and managed change initiatives. They have also worked extensively in communication roles, including as the Institutional Communication Manager at Primagaz France and as a consultant for the Grand Paris Express project. Currently, Mathilde is responsible for HR integrations within the Egis Group and coordinates change management efforts. Mathilde holds a master's degree in Marketing and Communication from ESCP Europe and a degree in Information and Communication from Sciences Po Aix.
