Raphael Ladeia

Raphael Ladeia is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight, particularly in infrastructure and hydropower projects. Raphael's recent roles include service at Diefra Engenharia e Consultoria Ltda overseeing slope stabilization and drainage systems for VLI Logística, and at Bureau Veritas Group managing contracts and supervising structural stability adjustments for Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio. Currently with Egis, Raphael focuses on documentation and field inspections for the implementation of the Ferrovia de Integração Centro-Oeste. Previous experience includes technical oversight for railway projects with EPC Engenharia Projeto Consultoria SA and significant monitoring and inspection responsibilities for CCR projects within the São Paulo metropolitan area. Raphael holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculdades Unidas do Norte de Minas, along with post-graduate specializations in Geotechnical Engineering and Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and Fundação Getulio Vargas, respectively.
