Serdar İğneci is currently serving as the Traffic and Safety Chief at Egis Tünel İşletmeciliği for the Eurasian Tunnel. Previously, Serdar worked as a Tekniker at Nevada Elektronik Sistemler from 2012 to 2015 and held various roles in the Hava Kuvvetleri Komutanlığı between 2015 and 2019, including Aircraft Control and Training Non-Commissioned Officer. Serdar completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Anadolu University from 2012 to 2017, and an Associate's degree in Electronic Communication at Marmara University from 2010 to 2012.
