Sylvain Lefebvre

Sylvain Lefebvre is currently the Group Head of Legal M&A at Egis, bringing 18 years of experience in M&A transactions and a deep knowledge of business law. Prior to this role, Sylvain served as Head of Legal M&A at Clariane and SEGULA Technologies, overseeing various aspects of international acquisitions and legal due diligence. Sylvain's legal career began at Cabinet Requet Chabanel and continued through positions at Dexia Credit Local and Deprez Guignot Associés. Sylvain holds multiple degrees in business law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Université d'Auvergne, and EDARA L'École des Avocats Rhône-Alpes.
