Daniel Ko

Daniel Ko is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop engineering and system administration. Currently serving as a Desktop Engineer at EGlobalTech since March 2020, Daniel has provided extensive engineering services to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, focusing on desktop operating systems, application support, and security standards management. Previously held roles include Windows System Administrator at Salient CRGT and Information International Associates, along with a series of technical support positions across several companies, including HP and Fairfax County Public Schools. Daniel's expertise encompasses hardware and software troubleshooting, group policy management, and infrastructure support for numerous applications in large enterprise environments. Daniel holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College.
