Peter Baldwin

Peter Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Peter started their career as a Systems Engineer at EDS in 1994, where they developed and maintained software for the automotive industry. In 1997, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Mango.

Baldwin then joined Point Clark Networks in 2000, where they served as the President and CTO until 2009. Following that, they became the CTO at ClearCenter, a position they held for a decade from 2009 to 2019.

In addition to their role at ClearCenter, Baldwin also served as a Board Member at ClearFoundation, starting in 2009. ClearFoundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing open-source software tools for internet access and security.

Peter'smost recent role was as the CTO at eGloo Inc., which they assumed in 2019.

Throughout their various roles, Baldwin has demonstrated expertise in software development, integration, troubleshooting, and management.

Peter Baldwin completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical and Computer Engineering from Queen's University in 1994. Peter then pursued their Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, which they obtained in 2000. Prior to their university education, Peter attended Upper Canada College from 1983 to 1990. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the P.Eng. certification from Professional Engineers Ontario in 1997.
