Scott Ullem

Scott Ullem serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Illumina since June 2023 and at egnite Health since March 2021. In addition, Ullem has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2014 and was a Member of the Board of Directors at Berry Global, Inc. until February 2024. Previously, Ullem was Chief Financial Officer and business unit leader at Bemis Company, Inc. from 2008 to 2013, and held significant roles at Bank of America and Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2005, where significant experience as Managing Director and co-Head of Diversified Industries Investment Banking was gained. Ullem also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Kellogg School of Management from 2000 to 2005. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from DePauw University.
