All garments that carry the Ego label contain raw materials originating from well-known North American and European farms and auctions, designing of these garments take place in Italy and Greece, and all garments are exclusively produced in Italy and Greece as well.  Representatives of the Ego label can be found all over the globe and the core of all business operations take place in Kastoria, Greece.

The idea of Ego Groups S.A. began in 1986 when, founder, George Salagiannis established a company in New York.  After ten stellar years in the United States market the company was moved to the fur capital of the world, Kastoria, Greece.  There the company evolved into one of the major players in the fur industry both in Kastoria and around the world.  Under the founder's ongoing management the company continues to be a global leader in the fur industry and it seems that the company will continue the trend for a long time to come.
