Jennifer Roe

Jennifer Roe has worked in the food industry since 2009. Jennifer began their career as a Project Management Intern and AfPak Team Recruiter at Management Systems International. Jennifer then went on to earn their Master's in Environment and Development from the University of Edinburgh in 2011.

In 2013, they began their career in the food industry as an Intern at Farm to Freezer, Bethesda Green, and Arcadia. Jennifer then moved on to work at Relay Foods as a Local Catalog Associate, a Category Associate, and a Meat & Seafood Category Manager. Following this, they were an Assistant Buyer/Support Team Member at Apples & Sage Organic Wholefoods from 2017 to 2018.

Most recently, Jennifer Roe was a Business Manager at All About Organics Online from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed the day-to-day business operations, customer communication, social media, and website platforms. Jennifer also recruited, trained, and managed a team of delivery drivers and packers, and researched, developed, and implemented operational software for improving routing efficiency and the customer experience.

Currently, Jennifer Roe is an Implementation Manager at eGrowcery.

Jennifer Roe received their Master's of Science in Environment and Development from The University of Edinburgh in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Environmental Studies and Economics from Connecticut College in 2009.
