Paulina Kott is a Senior Lead in Ad Tech and Head of IT at egta, where they have served since 2022, having previously held multiple roles within the organization from 2015 to 2021, including Head of IT. In addition to their role at egta, Paulina has been a self-employed UX Specialist and Graphic Designer since 2016, focusing on UX and UI design as well as corporate branding. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw and a Master (M2) in Political Science from the Institut d'Etudes politiques de Strasbourg, both completed in 2010.
