Lance Warner

Lance Warner is a seasoned financial services leader with extensive multi-market experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and corporate development. They currently serve as a Non-Executive Director at multiple companies, including Keyhole, Downsizer, and FreightInsure, and hold the position of Managing Partner at Correlation Risk Partners. Previously, Lance held senior roles at RSM International, PwC, Rand Merchant Bank, and Barclays, where they played key roles in strategic advisory and transaction services. Lance earned a Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
