Tarek Elsayed is a distinguished consultant engineer with extensive experience in the design of reinforced concrete structures and building repair and strengthening. Currently serving as a Consultant Engineer at Cadconsultant Private Office since January 2003, Tarek also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Universal University Projects at EHAF Consulting Engineers, where responsibilities include the establishment and accreditation of a university. Tarek's academic contributions include serving as a Professor and Vice Dean at the Cairo Higher Institute for Engineering, Computer Science and Management from January 2018 to October 2020, and as a Professor at the Faculty of Engineering at Mataria, Helwan University since February 2011. In addition, Tarek acts as a Carbon Fibers Specialist Consultant for the Repair Unit of Bridges Management at Arab Contractors Company. Tarek holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree with honors from Ain Shams University in Egypt.
