Bart has extensive experience in the probation and corrections industry with the most innovative platforms available. Through his experiences in these industries over the past 20 years, Bart has worked with various technology providers, interviewed hundreds of government employees responsible for monitoring tens of thousands of probation and parolees, and developed relationships with lobbying firms involved at the highest levels of legislative activities throughout the United States.
Bart holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from William Jewell College, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri.
