Michael Bertken

Michael Bertken has a range of diverse work experiences. Michael is currently the Director of Channels and Strategic Accounts at eHawk, Inc since March 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked at Netsmart for multiple roles starting from June 2012. At Netsmart, they served as a Solution Architect from August 2020 to March 2023. Before that, they had positions such as Client Alignment Strategist, Application Lead for myAvatar, Senior Delivery Consultant/Delivery Manager, and Delivery Manager. Michael also had a role in sales at SumTotal Systems in Illinois from December 2011 to May 2012 and as a Business Development Representative from August 2011 to February 2012. Furthermore, they worked as a Camp Counselor and Sports Instructor at Camp Lohikan from June 2008 to August 2009, where they were responsible for the daily care of children and taught golf clinics.

Michael Bertken attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing.
