Providing trusted physical therapy, Pilates, and personal training in Greenwich, CT for over two decades.

At EHS, we recognize that life contains transformative moments that can redefine your entire journey. Our mission is to create those 'wow' experiences for our patients by identifying and treating the true source of their pain, and providing a clear, personalized path to lasting well-being.

Our team of physical therapists, performance specialists, and master pilates instructors are leaders in their fields. They understand the importance of listening – taking the time to get to know your unique story and goals. We evaluate the whole person and focus on building your resilience; empowering you with new ways to move through life with strength and confidence.

When we restore a patient’s range of motion they once thought lost, relieve pain they believed they had to endure, or help them achieve the once unthinkable 5K, we witness their 'wow' moment. It is these moments that fuel our passion and dedication. It is why we do what we do.
