Mitch Samples has a diverse background in the culinary industry, with experience working as an Executive Chef at Lainox Cooking Solutions and as a Chef Partner at Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano. Mitch currently serves as a Joint Venture Partner at EHS Recruiting Company. Mitch has also shared their expertise as an Instructor, Facilities Manager, and Purchasing Chef at The Chef's Academy. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Iowa, Mitch combines their passion for food with their strong communication skills.
