Catherine Coughlan

Catherine Coughlan is currently the HR & Payroll Manager at Ei Electronics, a position they have held since 2011. Prior to this role, they worked at Dell from 2001 to 2012, serving as a Payroll Senior Advisor and later as a Compensation & Benefit Consultant. Catherine earned an honors degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick, followed by a graduate diploma/master's in Integrative Psychotherapy and an honors degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from NCPII. They also completed an honors degree in Business Studies at the Limerick Institute of Technology.
