Craig Rowles has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Craig started their career at Pratt & Whitney, where they held various engineering management positions, leading teams and overseeing the development and production of engine systems.
After leaving Pratt & Whitney, Rowles worked at companies such as Atomate Corporation and Inogen, Inc., where they focused on operations and played a key role in establishing strategic plans, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring product quality.
Rowles also worked independently as an executive consultant, providing expertise in product and technology development, intellectual property strategy, and fundraising.
Later, they joined Albany Engineered Composites, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, where they built a strong engineering organization and implemented business processes to enable significant year-over-year growth.
Rowles also founded PaintJug Venture, LLC, leading a team in the design of an award-winning paint container and securing an exclusive license with The Sherwin-Williams Company.
Their most recent role was with Ei3 Corporation, where they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer. In this position, Rowles played a crucial role in providing secure, remote service and monitoring systems for OEM machine builders and commercial building owners.
Craig Rowles completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tufts University from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering & Management at MIT Sloan School of Management from 1997 to 1998.
