Spencer Cramer has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Spencer is currently the Chairman of OMAC - The Organization for Machine Automation and Control, a position they have held since October 2022. In 1998, they founded Ei3 Corporation and served as its CEO. At Ei3, they focused on balancing operational efficiencies with responsible resource usage. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1999, they were the Founder and President of Circonix, a company that supplied custom computer-based automation for continuous process controls in manufacturing industries. During their tenure at Circonix, they played a crucial role in the company's success through strategic planning and strong relationships with suppliers such as Rockwell Automation and Siemens.
Spencer Cramer completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Virginia. This educational achievement took place between 1979 and 1983. In addition to their degree, Spencer Cramer obtained a certification as Captain and Master from the U.S. Coast Guard National Maritime Center in July 2020.
