Steve Borgeson

Steve Borgeson is a legal counsel with a diverse background in both law and development. Currently serving as legal counsel at EIA Global since 2015, Steve has also operated as outside counsel and has extensive experience in regulatory and compliance issues. Previously, Steve held various senior roles, including Director of Development at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and Director of Institutional Advancement at Saint John's High School. Steve began their legal career as an associate at prominent law firms, including Jones Day and Goodwin Procter LLP, after earning a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an AB, cum laude, from Harvard University.
