Keith Devlin

Keith Devlin is a Senior Bid Writer at EiB since March 2018, bringing extensive expertise in bid writing developed during a previous role at BPM Professional Services from August 2013 to March 2018, where specialisation included ITTs, PQQs, RFIs, and full tender submissions. Prior to this, Keith served as a Service Manager at Zeno Ltd from May 2010 to August 2012, overseeing a team of Support Workers and managing various responsibilities including healthcare coordination, staff supervision, and financial budgeting. Keith holds a Higher National Diploma Level 5 in Management and Leadership from Access Skills (2014-2015) and a degree from The University of Manchester (2007-2010).
