Michael Vinod is a senior geotechnical engineer with a strong background in project management, geotechnical design, and site supervision. They have led multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure and renewable projects and have experience from the early tender stages through to post-construction services. Michael has supported technical expert witnesses in reviewing claims up to $21 million and is actively involved in mentoring mid-junior level staff. In 2024, they were awarded Consult Australia’s Future Business Leader Award for their demonstrated leadership, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Diploma in Engineering Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Civil Engineering at the same institution.
