Eich Dyn Career Services, headed by lead coach, Dai Jones, helps professionals and businesses realise their full potential through bespoke, high-impact career coaching and development programmes.

Strong emphasis of combining four decades of coaching and career promotions, with modern day AI. Blending the use of Large Language Models (LLM) with bespoke, world first Medium Language Models (MLM) to provide you with an unfair advantage!

Whether you are taking your first steps into the workplace or seeking to excel in a senior role, our services are tailored to match your ambition. We begin with individual one-to-one coaching: personalised sessions where we assess your goals, review your résumé, LinkedIn profile and letter of interest, then craft a clear development plan aligned with your values and aspirations. We support interview preparation, internal promotions, and navigating transitions between roles or industries. For organisations, we offer team development workshops—ranging from large lecture-style seminars to small group interactions—designed to energise performance, sharpen leadership capacities and improve cohesion. Our programmes are suitable for teams up to c. 200 people, calibrated to both corporate and academic environments. We also specialise in guiding new starters—graduates, apprentices, post-doctorates—through their formative early career years, helping establish strong foundations and accelerating growth. For those with established careers, our seasoned coaching work gives the clarity and strategy you need to reach advanced leadership roles.

At Eich Dyn, every service is delivered with personal care, rooted in decades of experience with engineering, academic and industrial leaders. Specialised use of AI through crafted handling of large language models, to bespoke, world expert medium language models created by Eich Dyn are utilised and made available. Expect practical, measurable progress that empowers you to grow with confidence.
