Derek Bell

Derek Bell, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the accounting field. Since November 2010, Derek has held various leadership roles at Eide Bailly LLP, including Partner, Senior Tax Manager, and Tax Manager. Prior to this, Derek served as a Senior Tax Accountant at Gursey | Schneider LLP from January 2010 to November 2010 and worked as a Tax Senior at Schmitt, Griffiths, Smith & Co. between November 2006 and December 2009. Earlier in Derek's career, a position as a Staff Accountant was held at Steve Johnstun & Associates from November 2005 to November 2006. Derek earned a Master of Accountancy with a focus on Tax and Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Weber State University, completing both degrees between 2000 and 2007.
