Éric Chartrand is an accomplished Level Design Director at Eidos-Montréal since April 2018, contributing to undisclosed projects and previously serving as Game Director. Prior experience includes significant roles as Assistant Level Design Director and Lead Level Designer for Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Chartrand held the position of Assistant Director Level Designer for Ubisoft Montréal on For Honor and contributed as Lead Game Designer for Far Cry Primal. Teaching and mentoring in video game design has been a priority at L'INIS, where Chartrand served as a teacher/mentor since its inception. With extensive experience at Bioware Montréal and Electronic Arts, Chartrand has directed design efforts for notable titles such as Mass Effect Andromeda and Dead Space 2. Educational achievements include a Master's degree from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree from Concordia University.
