Thomas Lein is a seasoned professional in the design and consulting industry with a diverse range of experiences. Currently serving as Client Director at Kurppa Hosk since January 2025 and a Partner at ARC Arise Consulting since May 2022, Thomas also co-founded Goods Oslo in June 2019, where the focus is on creating sustainable packaging solutions for consumer brands. Prior to these roles, Thomas spent nearly 17 years at Heydays, where contributions included Creative Director, Interim Managing Director, and Co-founder, leading initiatives tailored for ambitious companies undergoing growth or change.
