Mercy Robert

Mercy Robert is a seasoned Project Manager and Operations Strategist with a strong background in driving growth across African markets, particularly in East and West Africa. At EIDU, they led the development and implementation of acquisition strategies in Kenya, achieving significant operational expansion and user engagement. Previously, Mercy served as an Account Manager and Trade Development Representative at Safaricom PLC, where they drove customer acquisition and retention. They hold a degree in Agricultural Operations from Kenyatta University and have completed training in Organizational Leadership from the African Management Institute.
