Grace Hartley

Grace Hartley currently serves as Chief of Staff at Eigen Labs, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Grace spent over five years at ConsenSys, where various titles included Chief of Staff for the CTO, Strategic Projects Lead in the Office of the CTO, and Strategy & Operations Manager for the ConsenSys Quorum Protocol Engineering team, contributing to the development of an enterprise-grade blockchain protocol. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KPMG US, progressing from Advisory Intern to Senior Associate in the Financial Services Advisory group. Grace holds an MBA in Finance, Leadership & Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
