Caglar O.

Caglar O. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. In 2024, they became the VP of Engineering at Eight Sleep, a company known for its innovative sleep-enhancing technology called the Pod. Before that, they served as an Advisor and VP of Engineering at a stealth startup in 2022. Caglar also worked at DoorDash as a Director of Engineering and later as a Senior Software Engineering Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, including Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Senior Software Engineering Manager. Prior to that, Caglar was the VP of Engineering at Sweety High Media from 2014 to 2017. Caglar started their career in 2013 as a Founding Engineer and CTO at MarkedUp, where they played a crucial role in developing real-time analytics for Windows devices. Caglar also gained experience working at various startups and as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where they were involved in developing key features for Microsoft Office Live and Office 365.
