Joe Tan

Joe Tan is an accomplished design professional currently serving as VP of Design at Eight Sleep since April 2025. Tan has an extensive background in design, co-founding and directing design at moreless since January 2013, and previously holding significant roles at Apple from November 2015 to May 2021, and incase from January 1997 to September 2015, where responsibilities included director and consultant positions as well as co-founder and chief design officer. Notably, Tan co-founded ONE & CO as an industrial designer from January 1996 to January 1998. An alumnus of ArtCenter College of Design, Tan earned a BS Honors degree in Industrial Design between January 1991 and January 1994, after completing studies at Art Center College of Design (Europe) from January 1990 to January 1991.
