JP Ko has a diverse range of experience in various supply chain and manufacturing roles. Their most recent position is as the Head of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Eight Sleep since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Allium Engineering in 2023. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Rapid Robotics, Inc. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, they were the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Commvault, where they implemented cost-saving measures and led the hardware refresh with new vendors. From 2015 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Cohesity, including Director of Manufacturing Operations and Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations, where they successfully launched new products and scaled operations to meet international demands. Earlier in their career, from 2011 to 2015, they worked at FireEye as a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing and Hardware Engineering. They were responsible for managing multiple manufacturing sites worldwide, developing supplier quality agreements, and implementing process improvements. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Riverbed Technology where they deployed and managed the test infrastructure for all contract manufacturers worldwide. In 2005, they worked as a Project Engineer at Amax.

JP Ko earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, completing the program from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications including CCNA from Cisco and Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
