Madeline Rouse

Madeline Rouse is an experienced operations and category planning professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Eight Sleep since June 2025. Prior to this role, Madeline worked at Sonos, Inc. from October 2023 to June 2025, initially as a Junior Operations Analyst before advancing to Senior Manager of Global Category Planning, where responsibilities included global supply and demand balancing and inventory management for various products.
