Stu Jones

Stu Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stu started their career in the US Army, serving as an Armor Crewman and later as an Awards/Personnel Clerk. After their military service, Stu worked as a Retrieval Agent at MediConnect. Stu then joined iPipeline, where they served as a Senior Tier 3 Support Engineer, providing technical, customization, and administrative support for customers using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

In 2015, Stu transitioned to Western Governors University, taking on the role of Salesforce Administrator. Here, they leveraged their expertise in Salesforce and Agile development strategies to improve the university's Student Relationship Management platform. Stu played a pivotal role in developing, administering, and configuring the native Mentorforce tool, benefiting approximately 1500 mentors and enhancing their ability to support students effectively.

Stu continued to advance their career in the Salesforce ecosystem, joining Simplus in 2016. Stu held various roles, including Senior Steelbrick and Salesforce Consultant, Senior Project Manager, Manager of the CPQ Project Management Team, PMO Manager - US East, Principal of Delivery Services, CPQ Lead, Managed Services, and finally Service Delivery Manager. Throughout these roles, they oversaw enterprise-level client engagements, managed project budgets and milestones, provided world-class consultation, and ensured gold-standard delivery of Salesforce and Salesforce Quote-to-Cash solutions.

Most recently, Stu joined NeuraFlash in 2021 as a Salesforce Delivery Manager. And later in the same year, they transitioned to EightCloud, where they currently serve as the Delivery and Salesforce Operations Director. These positions allow Stu to continue leveraging their expertise in Salesforce operations and delivery management.

Overall, Stu Jones has built an extensive and successful career, showcasing their skills in Salesforce, project management, customer support, and administration across various industries.

Stu Jones obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Game and Simulation Development from DeVry University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Stu has acquired several certifications including Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, MCTS - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Applications, and MCTS - Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration.
