We spent twenty years building and running the systems high-stakes businesses depend on. Now we staff every discipline, for every industry, and we teach AI to work beside the people we place.

Eighteen Eight started as engineers, delivering fixed-price software and running complex operations where getting it wrong costs real money. That heritage is our quality bar, not our boundary.

Today most of what we do is talent. We source, vet and place engineers, analysts and operators across India, Europe, Latin America and the Philippines, and we are building our own delivery centre in South America. Because we have done the work ourselves, we know exactly what to screen for. The people we send can do the actual job from day one.

What we staff: software engineering, data engineering, data science and ML, AI engineering, compliance and onboarding ops, QA, product and design, data quality, customer support, back-office operations, marketing and more. If it can be done offshore, we staff it.

And now the next step. Apprentice, our AI colleague, sits in on a 90-minute session with your best person, learns the workflow live, and becomes a tested agent your expert signs off. Your people teach it, get the credit, and earn from what they teach. Cut the cost. Keep the quality.
