Currently serving as Sr. Director of Sales Operations at Eightfold, Mike previously held the position of Vice President of Sales Operations at iCIMS, where Mike successfully led initiatives that resulted in a 33% revenue increase and the establishment of the first Sales Operations division. Mike’s career also includes significant roles at ShoreTel, where Mike built global Sales Operations and contributed to tripling cloud business revenue, and Avaya, where Mike directed strategy for a $2.4B sales segment.
