Robert Ryan

Robert Ryan has extensive work experience in the consulting industry. Robert began their career in 2006 as a Project Lead and Senior Business Analyst at AIB, where they worked until 2013. Robert then joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting, a role they held for five years. In 2019, they transitioned to EY as a Director, Consulting until 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Engagement Director for EMEA at Eightfold.

Robert Ryan holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and Strategic Information Systems from the University of Bath, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. (mod) in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they have completed various certifications, including Workday Engagement Manager, Workday HCM Core, Workday HCM Practical (x2), SuccessFactors Employee Central Mastery, SuccessFactors Introduction to Mastery, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Ireland Chapter of PMI. Robert acquired these certifications between 2010 and 2016. Furthermore, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Analytics at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, although no specific start and end years are provided for this program.
