Gerald Ladner is a semi-retired property and casualty insurance executive with extensive experience in leading profitable growth and transformational initiatives. Currently, Gerald serves as the Chairman of the Texas State Office of Risk Management, having been appointed by Governor Greg Abbott, and is an Independent Board Director for both EIIA and two Vermont-domiciled insurance companies. Previously, Gerald held strategic roles at State Auto Insurance, where they significantly expanded the company's distribution network. Gerald earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rollins College, where they actively contribute as a member of the Board of Trustees.
