Joseph Dudzik

Joseph Dudzik has a strong background in human resources and administration. Joseph currently holds the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at EIIA, where they are responsible for managing the full cycle of HR and office services. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Administration at Cure SMA, where they strategized, planned, and directed HR activities. Joseph also has experience working as the Director of Human Resources at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), where they developed strategic direction and culture in leading all people and operations management programs and services. Joseph also worked as the Director of Human Resources at HCA and held various roles at the City of Chicago. Overall, Joseph has extensive experience in HR leadership and has successfully built and managed HR departments, developed positive workplace cultures, and handled employee relations and labor issues.

Joseph Dudzik has a Master of Science in Communication (MSC) from Northwestern University. Joseph also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial Psychology from DePaul University. Prior to attending DePaul University, Joseph attended St. Laurence High School. In addition to their formal education, Joseph has obtained several certifications including "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," "Planning for Your Hybrid Organization," and "Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up," all from LinkedIn. Joseph is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and holds the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
