Kristoffer Olsson

Kristoffer Olsson is an accomplished recruitment and business development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at EIK Servering since November 2022, Kristoffer previously held the position of Account & Business Developer at Refapp Norge from January to October 2022, contributing to the digitalization of the recruitment process. Kristoffer's background includes project leadership at Lava Oslo, where responsibilities encompassed implementing ATS systems and candidate coordination, as well as senior advisory and project leadership roles at Reflekt, focusing on customer and candidate consulting.
